Shipping and Returns

We are delighted that you are purchasing with us and will take great care with your order.

All our orders are processed within 2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email when your order has been shipped.

We know that you may be purchasing a gift that has a deadline and we will try to get it on the go as fast as possible.

If you are from Melbourne Metropolitan or surrounding suburbs, and need the gift extra quickly pick up or special delivery may be available, please contact us at hello@betweenyouandme.com.au

Please be aware that there may be shipping delays outside of our control so we hope that you can allow for this.

Peak periods such as public holidays, seasonal times and sale periods can experience longer handling times, please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped. 

Shipping Prices

Standard shipping (Australia and NZ): 9 AUD

Express shipping (Australia and NZ): 12 AUD.

Standard Shipping (International):20 USD

Express Shipping (International): 25 USD

Domestic Shipping Timeline

We use Australia Post to send your items.

Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 2-6 business days. Express items in 1-3 business days depending on where you are located.

Australia Post can deliver to apartments, PO Boxes, Parcel lockers and remote locations.

International Shipping Timeline

We ship international orders with Australia Post. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 6-16 business days and express orders in 4-12 business days. Regional and rural locations may take longer.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number.

You'll be able to track your package, receive estimated delivery dates, and request that it be left in a safe place using the Auspost App, or your MyPost account. Parcels can also be tracked on the Australia Post Website.

Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to start showing updates.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@betweenyouandme.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Collection Points

You can collect your parcel from one of Australia Post's 4,700+ collection points, including a Post Office, PO Box or free 24/7 Parcel Locker.

Safe Drop

If you're not home when your order arrives, eligible parcels will be left in a safe place. If there's no safe place to leave your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest Post Office or a 24/7 Parcel Locker for you to collect.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns and offer a full refund up to 14 days after delivery. 

We take pride in our pieces and believe that if you wish to return it, then that's ok.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To process your return, we require an email with order number, image of faulty/damaged product and your reason for return. If return is approved and it is a change of mind, postage will be at the customer’s cost.

We will issue the refund once we have received the piece back and assessed its condition.

Exchanges

We don’t do exchanges but you can return your item and separately purchase the one that you want.

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@betweenyouandme.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to find a happy solution.

For change of mind returns – You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For faulty items – a pre-addressed bag will be sent to the customer for return.
