Orders, shipping and returns
We offer free standard shipping anywhere in the world.
Express shipping:
12 AUD Express Post within Australia and New Zealand
25 USD Express shipping international
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number.
We will send out your parcel within 48 hours (business days). You'll receive a message to say it's on its' way. The package should arrive within Australia within 2-6 business days of being shipped.

Yes we do.
We ship international orders with Australia Post. Once sent, standard delivery orders will arrive in 6-16 business days and express orders in 4-12 business days. Regional and rural locations may take longer.
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. We offer this because we believe in and stand by our pieces. If you wish to return it you will likely have a good reason. Email us with your return request at hello@betweenyouand.com.au
Sending as a gift
All our pieces come in elegant gift boxes ready to give.
We think the boxes are lovely as they are. But if you'd like something extra we also offer complimentary gift wrapping. Please include this in the Order notes section which you will find in your Basket.
You may also include a gift message which we will write into a card to be included with your parcel.

Our Products
All our serving pieces are designed and made in Melbourne, Australia. They are hand formed, and finished in our studio. We use local manufacturers and suppliers.
Our beautiful ceramic table tiles are handmade and hand painted in Morocco by artisans, using traditional techniques. We finish them ready for use at the table in our Melbourne studio.

Each between you and me piece is handcrafted from stainless steel and designed for everyday use and long-term enjoyment.
Your serving pieces are dishwasher safe. To preserve their finish, we recommend placing them in the dishwasher, avoiding contact with any other items.
To restore their soft lustre, gently polish with a soft cloth to remove fingerprints and everyday handling marks. For occasional deeper care, a stainless steel cleaner suitable for fine finishes may be used.
Like precious metal jewellery, these pieces will develop character through use while remaining beautifully enduring.
Ceramic table tiles
Our ceramic table tiles are handcrafted using traditional techniques and finished by hand in our Melbourne studio.
To care for them, wipe gently with a damp cloth. As each piece is backed with protective felt, we recommend avoiding prolonged contact with water.
Small variations, irregularities, and softly imperfect edges are part of their character and charm.
Yes. This is to be expected. These ceramic table tiles have been hand made by Moroccan artisans using traditional techniques, so there are variations in each piece, and each piece is unique. We regard their imperfections as part of their beauty.
