We hand form all our pieces, using a variety of tools including a beautiful 1940's fly press. We also employ local Melbourne manufacturers for some parts of our process, using the latest technology in laser cutting. All forming and finishing is done by us in our Melbourne Studio. Our beautiful Ceramic Tong rests and coasters are the only pieces we sell that are not made by us, in Australia. They are handmade and hand painted in Morocco by artisans, using traditional techniques. Click here for more information about our ceramic tong rests/ coasters

All our pieces come in elegant, 100% recyclable boxes ready to give as presents.

We will send out your parcel within 48 hours (business days). You'll receive a message to say its on its way. The package should arrive within Australia within 2-6 business days of being shipped.

All our Stainless Steel pieces can go in the dishwasher. However! Please be careful not to lean them up against other things, or against each other as they will get scratched.

Use a micro fibre cloth to polish and remove fingermarks. There are also some eco friendly stainless steel cleaning solutions available for extra care and protection of your pieces.

To care for your ceramic tong rest, please wipe the surface with a soft cloth. The felt underneath will not like getting wet.

Yes. This is absolutely normal. These ceramic bases have been hand made by Moroccan artisans using traditional techniques, so there are variations in each piece, and each piece is unique. Their imperfections are part of their beauty. Click here to read more
