These ceramic table tiles are traditionally handmade in Morocco by artisans using time-honoured techniques, then carefully finished in our Melbourne studio for use at the table.
Each piece is individually formed, glazed, cut, and painted by hand. As a result, no two are exactly alike.
Variations are part of their character and may include:
Soft irregularities in the glaze
Gentle undulations in the surface
Uneven or beautifully imperfect edges
Slight variations in size, tone, and finish
These nuances are not considered faults, but part of the tactile beauty of handmade objects.
While our stainless steel serving pieces are refined and precise in finish, these ceramic companions bring warmth, texture, and artisanal contrast to the table.
