Seam free boy leg brief size is "S/M" - I got these in as a ladies product (probably ladies size 6 to 10), however they are small enough to fit kids!  They're not the prettiest knickers around - but they are a good cut for ostomates as they have a boy leg, a high waist & the fabric is fairly sturdy.  Because they have a firm stretch, they'd probably last little people for years & stretch as they do.

Available in black, white & natural

Lying flat - the waist measurement around is 51cm

(Given the amount of stretch they can sit a lot higher on the waist than the measure indicates & will certainly reach well above the belly button line)
