Open panty in Cire fabric - crotchless/buttless.  Available in "One Size" & "X-Large" - would suggest "One Size" up to size 14 to 16 & 18+.  Because they are designed for intimacy - it's probably best not to have them too loose or your appliance won't stay in place.    The knickers sit a little higher than they appear in the photo (my mannequin is a little slippery!) - but how high will depend on your size & shape.

Matching Cire fabric covers are now available to complete the look!

** Handy Hint - if you are still concerned about your appliance moving around - you can sew a press stud to your knickers & to your cover - this also works for bathers & everyday underwear & is a quick, inexpensive way to "ostomy proof" anything!
